RETURNS
We fully disclose the condition of each item. In the description of each product, Rewind Vintage Affairs will specify the condition of the items according to our rating system which is explained in detail elsewhere on our website.
Every used item offered by Rewind Vintage Affairs has been hand picked, cleaned and restored to the best possible condition unless noted otherwise. Your purchases will be sent to you ready to be used or worn.
All items are sold "AS IS". Please send us an email if you have any questions. We are a small company and every customer is important to us! We will happily respond within 48 hours of receipt.

Please remember all items we have (safe for FIVE STAR condition) ALWAYS have a varied degree of wear from mint condition to well worn. Refer to the item description and/or email us for more any more information you may require. We do our best to provide our items in the best possible condition and have no problem in disclosing all flaws as that adds to the overall character and reflects on the price of the item.
For perfection, please shop new!
While we try hard to keep all our customers satisfied, we must point out that we are a consignment business and cannot accept returns for all items. We apply a non refund policy for all BAGS and JEWELLERY and that is strictly for AUTHENTHICITY PURPOSES. We accept returns for clothing only if all REWIND VINTAGE TAGS ARE ATTACHED. All our sales are final unless there was a gross misrepresentation on our part. If, however, there is an obvious fault please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Of course, in cases where an item is found to be unauthentic, we offer a full refund including shipping both ways - no questions asked (although, you just aren’t going to need this one, as we only sell the real deal!).
Items should be returned unused with all REWIND VINTAGE AFFAIRS tags still attached on the garment. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered from the original described condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
All items returned should have a written approval from us . Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

OUR POLICY
Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit and REWIND VINTAGE AFFAIRS will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) .If your order has been sent to a destination outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through REWIND VINTAGE AFFAIRS. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

All items are handpicked before they are dispatched to customers.
If you want to return an item(s), you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
WE WILL STRICTLY NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS THAT DO NOT BEAR ALL REWIND VINTAGE AFFAIRS TAGS ATTACHED TO THE ITEM.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. We prefer that items are returned to us via DHL or ROYAL MAIL PREMIER SEERVICE to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means. We request that you contact us at contact@rewindvintage.co.ukin relation to such returns. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods until they do not reach us. We therefore recommend you use insured tracking methods.
Please be aware that vintage and pre-owned items may be delicate and may not be as resilient as brand-new items. Please take appropriate care when using a vintage item. Damage to items after receipt or use by customers is not the responsibility of Rewind Vintage Affairs.
The main characteristics of products are shown in great detail, with numerous photographs and descriptions. The products offered for sale MAY NOT correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colour because of the Internet Browser or colour calibration of the monitor used as well as the unique settings of your screen. Rewind Vintage Affairs disclaims all responsibility in this regard.

Rewind Vintage Affairs is a reseller of authentic designer and pre-owned merchandise. We are not an authorised dealer and are not affiliated with the brands we sell on our site. Brand-new designer items are only available from an authorised dealer or the actual store. Once the item leaves the authorised dealer with a customer, the item is considered pre-owned.

Delivery
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses. Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time. REWIND VINTAGE AFFAIRS will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and REWIND VINTAGE AFFAIRS shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
Force Majeure
REWIND VINTAGE AFFAIRS shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken.
